If your message relates to a critical issue, such as a child protection matter, visa and passport issues, a risk of homelessness, or an urgent situation like an unexpected halt in benefit payments, we will prioritise a response and aim to get back to you on the same day. My team want to ensure that every constituent receives a helpful and thoughtful response. We receive over 400 emails a week from constituents and try to manage this as effectively as possible. We aim to reply to individual emails within 10 days. Campaign related and request for views emails are normally less urgent, and we will respond within 28 days. If your enquiry is part of a bulk correspondence, we may take longer to reply. Please do check your spam folders to ensure you receive our reply.
